About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator to join Orica’s Agriculture business, based in Windsor, Queensland.
In this critical role, you will help ensure the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of anhydrous ammonia to farms across the network. Working closely with farmers, accredited resellers, transport providers and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining continuous supply while meeting all legislative and company requirements.
This position operates on an 8/6 roster and requires attendance at the Windsor office on weekdays while on shift. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, communication and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced operational environment where your contribution truly matters.

What you will be doing
- Ensuring all activities comply with Anhydrous Ammonia legislation, safety requirements and Orica standards;
- Building strong working relationships through regular communication with contracted linehaul providers to deliver reliable customer service;
- Planning and optimising delivery schedules to support continuous and reliable supply to farms;
- Engaging daily with farms (via phone or text) to confirm requirements and adjust delivery plans as needed;
- Managing delivery dockets for carrier loading at Kooragang Island and Yarwun;
- Working collaboratively with the team to respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, changes and operational challenges.
