About the Role - Graduate Associate (Western Canada)
Our two-year rotational Engineering Graduate Program offers engaging and diverse rotations to give you the experience you need to set your career up for success.

What you will be doing
During the two-year graduate program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with coaching, on-the-job-training and career management guidance.
You will have your own personalized learning roadmap, to guide your experience and ensure your distinct potential is supported.
The Orica Graduate Program is focused on developing graduates across our core business units such as:
• Mining Services
• Technical Services
• Safety
• Project Management
• Supply Chain
• And possibly others!
Our graduates rotate through several technical on-site rotations. These core rotations are designed to give you a solid foundation for your professional development and prepare you as you transition into your professional career. Some example rotations include Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Commercial.
Degrees and Disciplines
Orica accepts graduates from a range of engineering disciplines including:
• Mining Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Geology or Geological Engineering
• Other Engineering degrees, as appropriate
Eligibility
- Be eligible to work in Canada with no sponsorship
- Be eligible to drive a motor vehicle in Canada
- Be in your final year of your university undergraduate degree or have completed your degree within the last year
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check, medical and drug screen
- Be open to living and working anywhere in Canada
- Be willing to relocate multiple times during your first two years for each rotation, likely in remote locations across Canada, based on business need
- Be willing to permanently live and working a remote location anywhere in Canada once the two-year rotation program ends, based on business need
- Be living in Canada and be able to attend selection stages in person, if required
- Open to a start date of June 2027

Compensation
• $77,500 / year
• Eligible for annual short-term incentive plan
• Relocation Assistance (As needed)
