About the role
We’re currently seeking passionate Underground Trainee Operators and Shotfirers to become part of our high-performing teams across Australia. These are permanent, full-time roles offering the chance to work on major underground mining projects with a company that prioritizes innovation, safety, and long-term career growth.
This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge blasting technologies while learning from some of the most skilled professionals in the industry.
While Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) is preferred, we also welcome Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) applicants from the East Coast, ACT, Victoria, and South Australia. You’ll enjoy a stable 14/14 roster, with travel, camp accommodation, and all meals provided. What you will bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in underground production charging
- Ability to meet all requirements for obtaining a Dangerous Goods licence
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong safety focus
- Basic mechanical comprehension (desirable)
