About the role

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Specialist - Supply Planning to join our Supply Chain team based in our beautiful office at Windsor, QLD. Reporting to the Lead – Supply Planning, this is a full-time, permanent role operating Monday to Friday.

 

The Specialist - Supply Planning supports the execution of planning activities at the Kooragang Island manufacturing centre and Western Australia region to guarantee that supply plan is achieved. This supply chain professional must ensure cost and service goals are met through effective execution of plans of a highly regulated and specialised range of products offered to customers within the mining and civil construction markets.

What you will be doing

 

  • Deliver short-term (weekly) supply plans that are achievable and protect customer service levels;
  • Develop and maintain a 24-month rolling supply plan, balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and material constraints;
  • Monitor plan performance, identify risks and gaps, and drive corrective actions to meet service, cost, and inventory targets;
  • Translate the approved S&OP supply plan into executable production and material plans;
  • Manage Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs to ensure effective execution;
  • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to secure materials, align production, and respond to operational disruptions.

What you will bring

 

  • Demonstrated 2-4  years experience of supply chain planning in a multinational environment (preferably with a global organisation);
  • Relevant Degree related to Business Management or Supply Chain;
  • Raw materials planning experience is highly regarded;
  • Basic understanding of MRP and knowledge of SAP or other ERP system;
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
