About the role

 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Change and Communications Manager to join our team and drive our stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. 

 

Working amongst an inclusive, friendly, and supportive global team and reporting to the Project and Change Manager, the successful candidate will be working onsite Mondays – Fridays at our beautiful office in Windsor, Brisbane. The role is a fixed term position for 1 year.

What you will be doing

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications plan to effectively convey the key messages and narrative of the project;
  • Build awareness through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders using targeted communications, engagement, and training programs;
  • Assess the change impact on various roles within the business teams to better manage stakeholder change;
  • Create and execute a change management plan based on the change impact assessment, aligning key activities with relevant project phases;
  • Collaborate with internal communications and utilize online communication tools;
  • Identify and assess the potential impact of changes on the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and manage resistance to change;
  • Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes and their expected outcomes;
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and address training needs associated with changes;
  • Identify and implement necessary policies and procedures to ensure a successful transition to the new state.

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in change management and communications, often requiring at least 5 years in a similar role;
  • Experience with change management principles and methodologies;
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans;
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms;
  • Project management skills to integrate change management activities with project plans;
  • Analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop appropriate strategies.
