About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced D365 Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design, configuration, and customization of our Dynamics 365 platform.
Working amongst an inclusive, friendly, and supportive global team and reporting to the Project and Change Manager, the successful candidate will be working onsite Mondays – Fridays at our beautiful office in Windsor, Brisbane. The role is a fixed term position for 2 years.
What you will be doing
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365;
- Advise, recommend, and document Dynamics functional components;
- Translate business needs into high-level and detailed designs for Dynamics 365;
- Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle;
- Coordinate data migration, development, and integration tasks;
- Support testing tasks, advise on test plans, and support test execution;
- Provide technical expertise on risks and challenges;
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project progress and milestones;
- Scope and manage change initiatives to achieve agreed objectives in a timely and efficient manner;
- Apply structured problem-solving strategies and techniques to identify, analyze, and evaluate sustainable solutions for implementation within the Dynamics 365 platform.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics AX/D365 implementations;
- Proven experience in leading large-scale D365 migrations or implementations;
- Deep knowledge of D365 architecture, capabilities, and customization;
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (D365 Certifications) are highly desirable;
- Strong understanding of Dynamics functional components;
- Ability to translate business needs into detailed designs;
- Experience in managing projects through the entire lifecycle;
- Proficiency in coordinating data migration, development, and integration tasks;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply structured problem-solving strategies;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
