About the role
We are looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator for a part time role, working amongst an inclusive, friendly, and supportive global team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, production allocation, and dispatch of goods in the GroundProbe Windsor warehouse.
This role involves organising inventory, performing cycle counts for inventory level accuracy, supporting the Supply and Production team through internal picking of production orders and packing of sales orders for external customers, and assisting in alerting when inventory needs to be transported to offsite storage. The Warehouse Coordinator will also assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

What you will be doing
- Receiving Goods: Unload and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and checking for damages or discrepancies.
- Stock Control and Inventory Management: Accurately label, store, and organize stock, while conducting daily cycle counts to maintain inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, label, and pack orders accurately, and finalize production orders once returned from technicians.
- Safety: Ensure all work follows health and safety guidelines, and perform daily equipment checks for forklifts and stock pickers.
- General Support: Collaborate with the Supply and Production team to ensure smooth operations and alert employees of their deliveries.
What you will bring
- Previous experience with stores, purchasing, stock control and/or inventory control will be highly regarded;
- Minimum two (2) years stores and shipping experience would be advantageous;
- Forklift licence;
- Understanding of Inventory management;
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems;
- Understand of QA inspection procedures.
