About the role

We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Coordinator for 3 days per week (22.5 hrs) to join our inclusive and supportive team at our Warehouse in Windsor, Brisbane. You will ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and organised environment. Collaborating with the Supply and Production team, you will play a key role in inventory management and order fulfillment.

What you will be doing

• Goods Receiving: Verify and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders;
• Inventory Management: Label, store, and organize stock while maintaining accurate inventory records;
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and finalize production and sales orders;
• Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines and conduct equipment checks; and
• General Support: Assist with smooth warehouse operations and notify team members of deliveries.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in stores, inventory, or stock control (2+ years preferred);
• A Forklift license is desirable;
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning/Material Requirements Planning systems and QA inspection procedures; and
• Strong organisational and collaboration skills.
