About the role
We’re excited to invite applications for a Trainee MMU Operator to join our team at Boundary Hill!
In this entry‑level opportunity, you will be trained to operate a Mobile Manufacturing Unit (MMU), pumping explosive product into pre‑drilled blast holes at our customer sites. These roles are Drive‑In Drive‑Out (DIDO), operating primarily on a lifestyle roster, with staff housing provided for the duration of your roster.

What you will be doing
- Operating our MMU vehicle (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and other associated blasting plant and machinery;
- Assisting with preventative maintenance;
- Assist with the 'hands-on' delivery of explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes on bench;
- Working in tight unison with your teammates to provide an excellence in service to our valued customers;
- Daily administration and customer interactions.
What you will bring
- An unquestionable attitude toward working safely as a priority;
- Experience operating a heavy vehicle highly regarded;
- Current HR Licence;
- Willingness and the ability to obtain a QLD Explosives Security Clearance;
- A positive team-orientated work ethic;
- A positive attitude to customer service.
