What you will be doing

  • Plan, design, and document test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases based on product requirements.
  • Set up and maintain test environments; validate workflows that integrate with GroundProbe radar systems.
  • Execute manual and automated tests; record, analyse, and report results with clear, actionable insights.
  • Log, track, and drive defects to closure according to our defect management lifecycle (e.g., JIRA), retesting fixes and managing regression scope.
  • Partner day‑to‑day with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and improve user experience.
  • Work safely and in compliance with all WHS policies and procedures, building safety into our methods and designs.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • ISTQB Certification – Foundation Level (minimum).
  • Proven track record in manual and automation testing for web applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern test automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, or Appium.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA), and comfort working in iterative/agile release cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for remote collaboration across time zones.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of product quality; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
