When will I hear back from Orica?

Due to the high volume of applications, our Talent Acquisition team reviews applications on a weekly basis. Once decisions are made on your progression to the next round, the team will be in touch with you.

How will my development be supported during and post the program?

Our graduate rotations are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to launch your career. You’ll have access to experienced mentors and line managers who are ready to help you unlock your full potential. You will also receive a learning roadmap to guide your journey and support your unique development needs.

Who will I be working with during the program?

Alongside your line manager, team, and business leaders, you will also be supported by a buddy who will guide you through your first few months at Orica. You fellow graduates in your cohort will form a strong support network, as you will be on a shared journey – collaborating on meaningful and projects.
