About the role


We are delighted to announce that we are inviting candidates for the role of Advisor – People Advisory to join our diverse team in Manila and to support our people strategy and operations across different regions.


The ideal candidate will partner with HRBPs and work closely with managers, our learning team, people services, and other global stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective human resources operations, including leadership development, employee and industrial relations, people reporting and analysis, and organizational design and restructuring.

What you will be doing

 

  • Coordinate with managers and the Learning team to finalize and consolidate the nominations for the leadership development program on behalf of the HRBPs.
  • Conduct confidential investigations on policy breaches, workplace issues, and incidents with the guidance of the local HRBPs.
  • Follow a clear process and respect the local laws and languages to resolve most concerns, e.g. issues related to performance, attendance, or procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries on regulatory requirements based on existing documents (e.g. local laws, union agreements).
  • Provide data and information for negotiations, e.g. competitor analysis, agreement drafting, and communication writing.
  • Analyze MBR (Monthly Business Review) reports for the local HRBPs 
  • Monitor the status of Performance Agreements and follow up with managers.
  • Prepare Talent reports and templates for the HRBPs for Organizational Design and Restructuring.
  • Manage job codes and SOD chapters for organizational changes, work with People Services on the bulk upload template, and verify the letters before giving them to the leaders.
  • Analyze the Banding Framework and the internal relativity data to assess the positions and recommend the pay during hiring or employee changes.
  • Coach leaders on pay and performance review processes.

What you will bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or equivalent. 
  • At least four years of HR business partner experience in global or multinational organizations.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, especially Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including morning, midday, and night.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Bahasa is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures, such as Asia, Auspac, EMEA, North America, LATAM, etc.
